Catering & Dining Experiences Policies for Refunds

The $700 (or any amount listed on your invoice) is a non-refundable retainer fee when paying for your event. It can be transferred to another event booked within 3 months, with a 30 days booking notice. If not, it will be forfeited, and by making payments on your invoice, you agree to this.

We will not provide plates, cups, napkins, serving utensils, or any of the kind for drop-off food orders. Please plan accordingly. Or, you can add these items to your invoice for an additional cost.
