During our initial consultation, we love to know and understand your theme and how we can incorporate it through your menu.
Please note: When making payments for your event, the $700 (or any amount as listed on your invoice) is a non-refundable retainer fee. It can be transferred to another event booked within 3 months, with a 30 days booking notice. If not it will be forfeited and by making payments on your invoice you agree to this.
FAQs
Are serving utensils, plates, napkins etc. included?
These things are not automatically included. When you look over our menu please scroll to the final page to see how much we charge to cover those things.
How much time will you need for set up?
We typically like at least 1-2 hours for set up. Sometimes, we use all of that time, and others we find we won’t need that much. We will ensure that we always arrive in a timely fashion to set up.
Do you set up and Break down?
We do set up, but in some cases we will not break down. If you rent out our chafing dishes we will come back, at the end of the event, in order to collect those items. Otherwise, the client is responsible for all clean up.
Do you offer plated or family style menus?
We do offer both of those at a higher rate, of course. We would work closely with you to ensure that this process is seamless. For plated meals we highly encourage having seating arrangements with numbered tables as this helps us tremendously. If you need help coordinating this we can provide this service along with custom menu’s for an additional price.
